Relocation of U-3700 Propane and Butane Air Coolers to U-3300
SCOPE OF WORK:
The project’s objective is to relocate 4 under-utilised propane and butane rundown air coolers installed as part of the Train 6 Project from the LPG chilling unit (U3700) to the condensate rundown system at U3300. These air coolers would be lined up with existing water coolers for additional cooling and will also allow the bypass of the water coolers during their cleaning exercise. This increase the overall condensate rundown capacity by 14% enabling 4500bb1/d of additional condensate spiking.
The General Scope of Work includes:
- Tie-in of the reprocessing line from CSU 3/4/5 – E-2013 to U-3300 (3301/2) as additional rundown line; and the power supply for the relocated motors.
- Review & Verification of the detailed design.
- Procurement, Fabrication and Execution of all scopes including for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Commissioning and Start-up.
